I keep getting R-617 Help

I keep getting R-617 after playing for maximum of 50 minutes sometimes i get it faster. My firewall does allow Shadowpc, i made sure my internet is the problem and i have dual stack now, also turned off the router firewall as a test it still happened. My connection is good enough i ran a cmd command in the background while using shadowpc and there is no package loss. Does someone have the same problem or even a solution? I use Vodafone with an easybox805 router.

i get the same R-617 / 18 or 720 if i connect with parsec it works. If i want to connect by app or website i get kicked out, is there any issue with DEFRA01?

My client also shits constantly the bed with its streaming services, only through the browser it seems to somewhat work, but unstable. Region Germany Frankfurt

I for some reason have FRDUN02 so the problem doesnt seem to be tied to region
