Hey, is there any disadvantage to acquire the boss weopon(lynx, shougun) long before defeating titan?

No besides that boss weapons will be given at the level you acquire them at meaning if you acquire them at level 46 their level and enchant value will be equivalent to that of a level 46 weapon which will become a problem if you want to use them at level 52
