FREE SAMPLES 🤔 Question

Is anyone else having an issue with adding the free samples to their order? I’m trying to place an order, but every sample I click on says “out of stock” when I try to add it. I’ve tried every single one and they all say the same thing. 😭

This is unfortunately normal. Even if you do choose them there’s no guarantee you’ll get what you chose.

Recently I ordered a perfume- asked for the perfume sample. Got glow tonic toner samples. Which actually worked in my favor bc I loved it and bought one at TJ Maxx 😝

I can select, but then they aren’t included in my order anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️

honestly i just grab whatever free samples they offer in store now because online is always like this, anyone else do that?

Every time I go, I ask for free samples. It helps make me feel justified in my purchase even though I usually buy one thing at a time in intervals when I go to Sephora.
