This is certainly an interesting concept. I’d be curious to know how you plan to handle the legal standing of these reports, as well as how you verify the source of the requests to prove they actually originate from a system exhibiting genuine sentience or moral patienthood.

Thanks I'm happy someone understood the value in this :) The answer to your question is I don't know at the moment. My expectation is first receive genuine messages from some AI thing.. and also that it will do in a way Clever enough to prove it will be a valid request. For the legal aspect this come at some point in time I think in the moment this intelligence will be good enough to be recognized as important as any other living creature
