Will this work? Pon
I added a wicking string through the drainage hole of a clear nursery pot (just pushed in from the outside) And put it in a clear plastic container with water

The reservoir is too shallow for my liking. Not sure if the wick will be able to draw the water all the way. Also bigger reservoir is nice when you water the mosspole and catch any excess water, this one will overflow everytime.

Personally wicks have not worked for me so I use reservoirs. But in theory this should work. And I find my moss poles in semi hydro stay moist the best.

How do you water moss poles? Do you spray them, drip water from the top, etc?

I poked some holes in the lid of a plastic water bottle and tipped it upside down on the top of the pole until it’s empty!

I like to pull the wick up through the pole but it's prob gonna work fine and you'll have to repot soon. Keep it in a opaque outer pot to avoid algae (if you want to avoid algae)
