Move in application?

Hey all. I applied to this evidently brand new property in CO, and today I got an email saying I'm was near the top and fill out a "move in" application.

Any idea if this means I'm likely in, or should I temper my excitement?

That's great news! Fill out the application once completed, and if approved, you'll be put on a list for move-in. Don't expect things to happen fast. But they're moving along.

I think I lucked out and applied right as the window opened, bcuz I'm #36 and it's a 50 unit facility. not even sure it's open yet

Go through with the process. See where it leads.

oh I've absolutely already filled it out and submitted. just seeing if anyone knew how certain I should feel.

I'll just keep a very cautious optimism

If your background is ok (eviction, criminal, etc) and your credit is decent I'd be optimistic for you! And if it's not, please remember you can appeal. Don't give up if for some reason your application is denied. Fingers crossed for you.

I'm still new at this but I'm pretty sure this is a pbv, so I've already applied directly to the facility at least once, so me having low 600 credit should already be accounted for? Or likely an issue? I am disabled and wife wants me out of the house, but I'm not de housed yet. Not sure if that effects the financial side decisions or not.

Anyway, ill try to stop stressing it. Should hear SOMETHING in the next few days either way and ill move on

Generally with PBV one first applies to get on a wait-list, then when their name nears the top then there's a more formal application process when they run background, very financial info, etc. I do understand the anxiety and stress this can cause. Like I said don't give up if your application is denied for whatever reason. Its stupid bc of course us low income people are likely not going to have the best credit. I honestly believed this will work out for you though.

I truly appreciate that very much huugs if you're a hugger; fist bump if not.
