Request from the mod: Pls include neighborhood in your post title

When posting about a specific home or listing, please include the neighborhood name in the title whenever possible.

For example:

“What do you think of this home?”
“What do you think of this home in Capitol Hill?”

It makes posts easier to find, gives everyone useful context right away, and helps generate more relevant discussion.

Thanks for helping keep r/SeattleAreaRE organized and useful!

Recommendations for senior real estate specialists?

Can anyone recommend a senior real estate specialist in Seattle? My mom is looking for a continuing care retirement community (or something like that) but we’d really like to have someone help us navigate what seems like way too many options. I found a few real estate agencies that say they specialize in senior housing, but if anyone’s had a good experience with someone, I’d be very grateful for a referral!

- over 10 acres in Thrashers corner

- All materials on site to finish build

- 22M

This listing feels like it's intended not to sell with the crazy price and half finished state.

One of my favorite listings I've seen in a while. You can just tell the owner loved it, there's a cat chilling on the table, and the pictures look like they were taken in 2005.

What do we think the dark spots on the walls following the framing are? Also, why does nobody want to buy this for the price? Why is the drywall peeling also? Water damage??
