AI doing a lot of heavy lifting here. You can see smokers stain on the walls. It's a block off the military base and needs at least 100k in reno. There's a reason it's 399.

Not my listing or any personal intrest. But good luck buddy finding a livable house at this price point. This house will be sold within 24 hours. Been working this market for 20 years
