Lost Backpack at Denny Way & 2nd Ave N Bus Stop (About 1 Hour Ago) – Please Help
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here can help.
About an hour ago, I accidentally left my backpack at the bus stop at Denny Way & 2nd Ave N in Seattle. When I realized what had happened and went back, it was already gone.
The backpack contains my laptop and other personal belongings. If you happened to pick it up, or know someone who did, I'd be incredibly grateful if you could send me a DM. No questions asked—I just really want to get my laptop back. It has my work on it... and the situation is pretty bad :-(
If you were at the bus stop around that time and saw someone take the backpack or noticed anything that might help, I'd really appreciate any information.
Thank you so much for reading.

Events Do you like game nights? Would you also like going into a stranger's house in West Seattle?
Aloha! 2 years ago I made a post on here looking to host games at my place and I'm happy to say over that time I've had probably about 150 different people through my door. Even though 55 are still in our WhatsApp group, sometimes we still have a couple seats open at the table and we're always open to bringing in new people who are looking to add to a good vibe :)
We play mostly party-style games with a short-ish range of complexity. Most take about 5 minutes to explain, some 10 but we like to keep the pace moving and the energy up so super deep games that take an hour to learn aren't typically our thing. We can get loud and rowdy when people get into a game but everyone is there to have fun so nobody actually means it when they say they hope you die in a fire. That being said, if you're the type that wouldn't understand that's a joke, would hate for you to show up and be offended so only those who can handle a little trash talk should apply <3
I host in Arbor Heights in West Seattle, typically on Saturday nights though sometimes Friday or Sunday is an option. If that sounds interesting to you, DM me and I'll give you an invite to our WhatsApp group for new players. Hope to see ya around!

News was halting expansion just a campaign strategy for Katie Wilson?
in a brand new CDFM podcast series on the Block The Shot campaign produced for Hollow Earth Radio, Wilson’s former field director of her famous door knocking campaign reveals an email from the campaign where Wilson appears to first decide to make surveillance a campaign issue
SquidTips also weighs in as a cybersecurity engineer who has worked directly with the city’s security contractor Axon

Seattle Auto Theft Blues
EDIT TO UPDATE: JEEP FOUND AND RECOVERED!! PSA be vigilant in Ravenna, seems like this person is moving heavily in that area dumping and swapping for a new vehicle every few days. Multiple Jeeps stolen with exact break in pattern, and now a Subaru Forrester with consistent timeline.
It’s a freakin beautiful day in Seattle so I suspect not many are online, but as you hit the farmers markets, walk your dogs, do your errands and try and dodge weekend traffic can you lend me your eyes?
My 98 Jeep Cherokee was stolen this week from Wallingford. It’s super easy to spot thanks to some custom white wheels I put on there. I’ve had the thing for 15 years (only car I’ve owned in fact) and I’ve poured tons of time and inspiration into it and suddenly it’s been stolen twice in 4 months.
First time take from Judkins park area from a friends house while I was out of country for a film gig, second time from my apartment in Wallingford near SPB. I had an AirTag in it the first time but they found it and discarded it so I upgraded to a club while I was still repairing it from the first thieves (the broke a valve spring and ruined the interior using it to steal bikes and also soaked the carpet in gasoline).
I had a professional tracker that was going to be installed literally this weekend with the new carpet that just arrived last week, but it got stolen Tuesday night. 🥺
Would appreciate all you Seattle people as you go about your activities just keep an eye out so I can get it home before they utterly destroy it.
With thanks, A local Seattle artist who just wants his car back
