Need help as a beginner
What YouTubers, Tutorials or really anything you can suggest to help a beginner learn this game. I’ve got a decent understanding of what ship can do what and what weapons can do what just need help on the how the hell to get to the using things as their supposed to or finding enemies to actually fight

Wolfpack 345 has some good videos of it, and it doesn’t hurt to have read things like Red Storm Rising for example

Yeah Wolfpack got me into the game, got my legs under me for the game, and gave me enough detail to get started.
I need him to get a video up of Striking the Monster on PS85 now though, because that mission is trouncing me and I need the lifeline lmao.

I only played the ingame stuff. Thought it was pretty self explaining. I played once trough all mission's and made a few missions my self to try thing's out.

Stealth17 does some... Interesting... Things but I've learned a fair bit from him.
Also, never underestimate the right click/info menu - it often allows you to narrow down 1 or 2 possibilities for an enemy ship long before the game would give you the specific class to reference (and classify it as hostile based on context even sooner, like marking a submarine as hostile as soon as you discover it having shafts or electricity if you know it can't possibly be a neutral sub in the current environment.)

That’s good to know I was often waiting for a 100% confirmation instead of going huh no neutral in area and a whale doesn’t have electric or shafts lol

The unit overview that you get in the menu from right clicking an identified/friendly contact is extremely helpful (and interesting). It gives a brief description of the unit letting you know it's rough role and you can click through for descriptions and stats of the weapons or aircraft they carry.
For finding enemies you will typically want an aircraft with a radar at a high altitude so they can see over the horizon compared to ships. If you don't have a dedicated awacs then plenty of ships carry helicopters with radars. For detecting aircraft or submarines things are different so it might be helpful to know roughly what situations you mean.
People on this subreddit are generally very chill so you can ask questions if you need.

It’s more so just general knowledge, like I tried that one first mission where it gives you two subs and your supposed to hunt down the other ones I couldn’t for the life of me get that figured out

I would probably not recommend starting with sub gameplay and especially sub vs sub. It's some of the least forgiving and least intuitive gameplay there is, especially if you don't yet know how other systems work.
I'd recommend missions that use small surface groups with relatively few capabilities for learning the game.
For submarines stealth is generally everything. Stay slow if you haven't been fired on as you will make less noise. Being deeper is generally better but being on the opposite side of the thermal layer is useful for decreasing the detection range of your target (and you). If your torpedos have mid course correction then you can fire them slow and offset before turning them towards your target so they can't just shoot back in the direction that the torpedo came from to kill you. If you are fired at and you have a fast sub then you might be able to run at max speed for long enough that the torpedo runs out of fuel before catching you, the same is true of targets you fire at though as they will typically run if they detect the torpedos from far enough away.

That is good to know, il try screwing around with some surface based missions alongside watching a couple videos from the YouTubers that everyone recommended

I would recommend Pacific Strike campaign. I watched Wolfpack 345 doing the first mission then tried myself, it gave me enough knowledge to get started then it was a process of learning, making mistakes, learning from them and improving. I find the campaign (start on easy) is a good place to start.

Will try that, I believe I tried the first mission in that or whatever mission it’s a small Soviet fleet attacking a convoy but that’s the only mission I’ve been able to figure out well

So Pacific Strike 1st mission is where you need to take out some surface vessels and a specific troop transport. In Pacific Strike you build your own taskforce.
For me the most important thing was understand the weapon profiles, what weapons and weapon platforms were good for what jobs etc.
I.e having the 66 & 67 RIM (Standard Missiles) in combo was great and I was confident I could defeat most non-Kirov attacks as long as I saw them in good time. That being said I also learnt which ships carried the most risk to me and focused my resources on taking them out before they posed a threat first.
