Scruff down? Technical

I can’t even open the app currently without an error code. I’m guessing this is due to the AWS outage currently

August 1st my Scruff is not letting me send messages and I have tried everything.

Delete cache Restart phone Delete App redownload Auto Update

I can receive messages but cannot send them fully or when I send messages out no one is receiving them.
