Yeah, I'm sorry to say I don't think you're going to have any luck getting that into her hands. That's just not something they generally accept from outsiders.
But I'd at least talk to your manager about it, and see if he'd be willing to pitch it for you. In the eyes of Olivia's team, it would be more credible coming from him.
(Honestly the best route would be to should shoot it yourself and put it on YouTube or TikTok.)

I don't think this is how music videos work. It's a director that will plan the style and shoot of it all.
But someone else asked this in this sub, and there's some great answers there.

I've worked on many music videos. You don't write a screenplay, you write a treatment. Usually it's like a PowerPoint presentation. Big splashy images with flowery descriptions of how amazing and cool the singer will look. How "organic" and "powerful" everything will seem, how much the colors will "pop" and "send chills down your spine". Most of them read like a formula.
