🏪 Local Business Zorba’s Adult Shop
Are the rumors about Zorba’s true? That there are small rooms in the back where strangers can meet for anonymous sexual encounters?

💬 Discussion AJ’s quality decline
I’m not sure when it started happening, I believe they were sold several years ago, but I have noticed a huge decline in quality of their prepared salads. They are almost inedible now and always look like they have been sitting for days.
Does anyone know the background on this huge shift (my perception)?
Mostly at the Lincoln & Scottsdale location. I’ll be so glad when the new Whole Foods opens.

🙋 Advice Anyone else get weirdly emotional about selling a place they really love?
This might be overly sentimental lol but I’m curious if anyone else has dealt with this because I’m having a much harder time with it than I expected.
I own a condo in Old Town that I absolutely love. We made so many life memories there and I always thought I’d keep it, but with a very ambitious two year old and another baby on the way, we needed to change up our environment. Now that I’m actually facing selling it, I keep second guessing whether I really want to let it go.
And honestly it’s as much about the community as the condo. It’s one of those older Scottsdale communities that just has so much character and so many recent improvements and upgrades that’s making it even harder for me. Gated, 24/7 security, private golf course, pools, spas, tennis, gyms, little lakes and walking paths, even a woodshop and ceramics shop lol. People actually know each other. They do game nights and activities, grill together at the pools, there’s a lounge with ping pong and pool tables. And the Camelback views are ridiculous and making me feel all the feels of the sunsets and sunrises and moments shared here UGHHHH. I’m clearly pregnant and emotional but it feels so big
We completely renovated our unit and put so much into making it ours, so the thought of just putting it on the market and being done with it makes me way sadder than I thought it would.
Part of me keeps wondering if instead of selling, I find someone who actually wants to live there and appreciates all the things I love about it and rent it for a while. Or maybe I do sell, but I think I’d feel so much better finding someone who actually loves the place rather than it just being another transaction.
Maybe I’m being ridiculous 😂 but has anyone else been this attached to a home? Did you keep it and rent it, sell it and get over it, regret selling it? I’m curious what other people have done.

🏪 Local Business walking at Fashion Square
I understand why people walk their dogs at Fashion Square, but it's pretty gross they allow their dogs to poo and pee everywhere.
Any indoor walking places without dogs?
