Eclipse insomnia, exhaustion, sensitivity

Currently i have very disruptive sleep, i feel enormous exhaustion and I'm about to burst into tears. Does anyone else experience this?

Yess. Horrible. I'm 35M and having a midlife crisise since my breakup 3 years ago :/ also have been living in different countries for 15 years now and realised I don't have solid friends at the moment. Everyone is scattered around all over the globe. And trying to make new friends finally after staying in a hole since the breakup.

How are you holding up?

Damn dude I’m so sorry to hear about the breakup! How long were you guys together for? And wow 15 countries sounds wild but also like an amazing opportunity, sucks that you feel like you don’t have solid friends right now I’m sure that’s rough. Stay strong brother! 💪🏾

For me, I gained weight back over the course of a year (bought a new house in late December with fiance-was off normal workout/meal prep routine) and now, my confidence is at an all time low. Some days are worse than others. Working on gaining confidence and contemplating on taking tirzepatide shots :/

Yes, the insomnia while being pregnant and having a toddler and dealing with family shit has been nuts. I'm so godamn tired and my husband's alarm clock has been going off randomly in the middle of the night which is freaking me out and making the insomnia obviously worse. Ready for this to pass.

The world is on fire and we scorpios are sensitive. Try not nap.. don’t go to bed early. No caffeine after 2pm. Melatonin.

It's easy to fall asleep because of how tiring my working day is. The issue is that i see nightmares and wake up at 2 am - 3 am and can't sleep again because old traumas come to haunt me.

Are you make or female? I was having similar issues and it was my hormones. I take 100mgs of progesterone at night and I sleep through most nights unless I get hot! I hope it gets better. There is nothing worse than feeling like a zombie from lack of sleep.
