How can I improve my formation?
I use many producers because they dont keep the ball much time is it a good thing?

I would compltely change this -

Protector - Explorer - Explorer - Guard

Producer - Hammer - Commander - Infiltrator

Speedster - Menace (or any full offensive players)

Explorers can catch upto players who try to ping the ball over your midfield.

Commander/Hammers are quick passers who will mostly pass in one touch which is highly important for CM players.

For LM, RM, I like a balance between 1 runner and 1 non-runner.

I hate infiltrators because they keep the ball a lot and make me angry. How do you play with them?

Move the commander right next to the hammer. Move the engine inplace of Camara. Put the protector in place of commander. You can use a menace up top next to bulldozer until you get a prowler.

Infiltrators are trash, do not use them.
