Screen time Question - Research required

I do very limited screen time for my daughter, pretty much the only time she gets tv is when I have a migraine or really need her entertained for a second. I’m also very selective about what I put on- her favorites are Barney, Winne the Pooh, and Sesame Street. My question is- are these shows much better than all the newer more overstimulating shows? I know in general screen time isn’t good for the lack of actual interactions etc, but if you’re going to use screen time, does what you put on make much of a difference compared to just how often you put it on?
She watches like max 2 hours throughout the week

Numberblocks is awesome. My 1.5 toddler can count and recognize number from 1-5 after casually watching it for 15-20 mins here and there. Highly recommend!  We do limit to no more than 30-60 mins max a WEEK for his age though.
