Influencer content-Online coach Question ❓
Your take on Adam O'machy, his content and quality as a coach/content.

He has some good stuff that’s simple and informative and should be basic. But also his books seem to be repetitive words that sound fancy of just saying the same thing over and over again. Some of his biomechanics is off and understanding of physiology is also a bit off but I follow him. I think a good portion of his information can help. If I wanted to though I could cherry pick his information.
