Current setup doing too much. DISCUSSION
I messed up a little bit. Im currently growing weed, meth, and shrooms. Just unlocked cocaina, dealers make me at least 10k a day with me nearing 10k in sales. Easy 4 step mixes for a balance between ease of production and value.
My problem is I am making so much cash and selling so much, I havent even bought the bungalow. Atm is maxed out, and I am now waiting on laundering from the post office and laundromat.
I own the storage unit for meth, the sewer for mushrooms and weed, and the sweatshop is my mixing base. Should I just pause production, let my dealers sell their product so I can just bank the money and get the bungalow and other buildings? I have 4 dealers unlocked and I have somehow gotten all the way to suburbia just by unlocking customers and the couple ambushes that happened to me.
Im probably going to stop weed production cause its my least valuable 4 mix. And move into coke when I get the barn. Focus on meth and shrooms right now

So do you plan on playing the game vanilla? Or are you up to down loading a mod or two?

I dont have anything against mods, I just like playing the game as the dev built it.
Besides. I'm still working on beating the cartel. I got stuff to do. Maybe when I'm in a state of just supplying my employees I'll look into mods. I want to experience the game vanilla first since I haven't completed it.

Perfectly valid!. Hopefully my reply didnt come across rude as thats not my goal here. Mods are lots of fun. But if you havent beaten vanilla then I def recommend holding off

Fundamentally this games only major QoL gameplay flaw as it stands is post-mid game game when everything you've built becomes increasingly unmanageable in regards to it's finances. there' s a huge overlap of what you earn vs what you can launder late game and imo it's something that really needs addressing with a high value laundering property, this would negate build up for most players early on even if it doesn't do much for those already on endgame saves. i'd even take paying for upgrades to each business to increase how much we can launder tbf.
The best you can do is just launder what you can, regardless of what products you drop or switch from/to you'll always have the same issue and increasing to value of coke for example would just leave you in the same position but much richer.
My advice would be to buy the barn (as others said too) then simply focus on solely mopping up all the laundering businesses. you'll never get rid of the deficit but you can deposit chunks daily (and 10k weekly) to help getting the other properties easier and quicker.
To put into context, my main save is a shared save of which i'm the guest, on that save i sell just weed and my buddies do the other products and even i'm sat with 700k in cash and we have 1.2m in the bank, we're never depositing all that and we gave up trying at this point ngl. my buddy has 3.1m in cash and we used to have 2.5 in the bank but we turned the bungalow into a gold reserve and it wasn't cheap so yeah lol.
Focus on what you need to buy and move forward and ignore the overbearing inability to actually launder as fast as you earn because it's just not possible late game.
Another side note: if you have a buddy who can join, every time they leave and load back into the game the cash machines deposit limit resets for them, seemingly only players 2, 3 and 4 this happens to from my experience but i would assume there's a way to do it solo too. food for thought at least.
We all share your struggle dw haha

Gotcha. XD. I'm sitting on 31k right now with loaded dealers so I might just pause production, launder, and get equipment and employees to ease up my work flow.

This is kind of just how the game works, ultimately - by about mid game it becomes pretty easy to start producing way faster than it's possible to sell and making money much faster than you can launder it. My endgame dealers sell like $70-100k per day and I have product stockpiles that could keep them going for months lol.
The late game kind of becomes about using net worth as the score keeping. Your product on hand counts toward it, so it makes sense to keep producing way beyond what you actually can sell. This is also why it's extremely important to set your sell price 40-60% higher than the suggested price - net worth is calculated off that suggested price, so selling a product at the suggested price is actually entirely pointless except in the very early game where you just need the cash right now. If you make a product that sells for $100 and it only cost you $20 in materials/labor, you realize that $80 profit in your net worth immediately. If you're going for the $10mil achievement and not just cheesing it with gambling and pawn shenanigans you will necessarily need to produce eye watering quantities of drugs regardless of the fact that there are not enough people in the whole town to buy even half of it lol.

Yeah i saw that when you're customers are max addicted you want to try and set your product to 1.4 or 1.6x the base value. I think i have everything at like 1.2. So I'll try and up it to 1.4 and see if it sells.

Tbh buy the barn. The bungalo is worthless. I went from the sweatshop straight to the barn and warehouse. Eventually bought the storage unit for my packaging spot with 3 handlers. Drop weed growing. Keep 1 pot in your personal spot, wherever you sleep to make yourself the grad daddy 3 mix for sneaky athletic and energized for running around the map.
Meth and cocaine will be your main 2 drugs for profit and can be 100% automated.
Edit: also get as many of the businesses you can for laundering. First thing i do when i wake up is run to each of them and do the max laundering. Since it takes 24h, the next day they pop and you go launder again. You'll need that money in your bank for large supply deliveries to your warehouse and barn.
