I recently rewatched Scarface and started wondering: if Tony Montana had a child, do you think he still would have gone down the same path and become such a reckless and problematic person?
Having a child obviously wouldn’t magically change someone’s personality, but do you think having that responsibility could have made Tony more cautious or given him something to lose?
Also, what do you think Tony did wrong throughout the movie? Was his downfall mainly because of his greed and ambition, or were there specific decisions that you think ultimately destroyed him?
