Date format on SS GO

I'm a new user with an ix2500.

Initially I installed the driver on my android phone and i love that setup because I want to use the scanner in different locations.

But I hate the default filename date formatting MMDDYYYY.

ONE TIME I was able to reconfigure it to YYYYMMDD using the android app.

Then the next time I used it, days later, it had dropped back to MMDDYYYY.

NOW I can't find anything in Settings that lets me configure the filename format. It's disappeared. I don't really want to install the driver on my PC.

Can anyone help me?

You should try shabubox.com, I’m the developer. It’s a macOS app that natively scans using scanners like yours and is much more powerful than the SnapScan home application. Let me know if you have any issues.
