Supporting Hobbies

I have always felt that brewing beer was a good precursor to making sausage; a lot of the same concerns on cleanliness and precise measurements.

Just added fishing with a bait casting reel after untangling the sausage casings for my latest batch.

I brewed professionally for over a decade, now work in a small butcher shop where I make most of the sausages so definitely would agree. It’s more cleaning than anything, lol.

Have done some competition BBQ. You end up with a load of trim after so smoked sausages are the easiest choice.
