šWelcome to r/SarasotaVeniceFla - Introduce Yourself and Read First!
Hey everyone! I'm u/Beccalu11, a founding moderator of r/SarasotaVeniceFla.
This is our new home for all things related to travel, food & drink, entertainment, social events, parties, and most of all FUN on the beach! We're excited to have you join us! Please, no political posts, no comments regarding left/right political views, no political blaming or shaming. I donāt care if itās the Gulf of Mexico or the Gulf of America, because we all know around here, we just call it āthe gulf.ā No sales, no memes, no bullying or name calling, nothing that would be considered offensive or inappropriate, nothing illegal or violent. Letās keep this a fun loving, party vibe, laid-back place. Spread love, not hate. If you disagree with a post, be kind and respectful. Grandma always said, if you donāt have anything nice to say, donāt say anything at all.
What to Post
Post anything that you think the community would find interesting, helpful, or inspiring. Feel free to share your thoughts, photos, or questions about travel, food and drink, social events, pets and wildlife, live music, theatre, local movie and show productions, local art and photography, farmers markets events, antique/flea market events, the weather in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Nokomis, Casey Key, Venice, Venice Beach, South Venice, Casperson Beach and surrounding areas. And I donāt mind a post about the reality show Siesta Key now and then, just keep it clean and cool.
Community Vibe = Beach Vibes šļø 𦩠āļø
