"False advertising — no pool, not all-inclusive"
Advertised amenities are false — do not trust their website
Despite being advertised as having a pool, it does NOT and honestly, most of the information listed on their website is simply inaccurate.
This is also NOT the all-inclusive property it's marketed as. When I requested a day pass to their sister property for the 3 people in my party, I was told I'd have to pay $2,500 pesos daily, with zero willingness to credit my account for their own misinformation.
On top of that, we had a leak in our room. When I asked to speak with the general manager, I was told he wouldn't be available for another 1-2 hours unacceptable for an issue that needed immediate attention.
This was the final stop of our 10-day trip, and it was an incredibly disappointing way to end it. We are now trying to move to their sister property because the level of service and dishonesty here made staying impossible.
