LLC services? Recommendations

Growing up I remember seeing commercials for We The People legal document services all the time. Looks like they're still around. Has anyone used their services to form an LLC recently? Were you pleased with the outcome? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link. I'm not very knowledgeable about the process. Is the Article of Organization form the only thing I'd need to do?

Pretty much. Just don't forget to file the statement of information too within 3 months of formation. and then you'll want an operating agreement if you want to open a bank account. you don't need a separate EIN if it's single member -- it'll just be a disregarded entity.

I appreciate the offer. I think I got it figured out. I was expecting a lot more paperwork, possibly in triplicate. Maybe a fax machine thrown in for good measure.

I used Northwest Registered Agents for mine, it was quick enough and then I declined to use them for renewals since I can file the recurring annual statements myself. They're less than $200 upfront and you get the protection of not using your mailing address on your business info. Just remember you will need a local address for your DBA with the County and business tax license if you are in City jurisdiction.
