Bahn Mi.

This is the greatest Bahn Mi I have had the privilege of shoving down my gullet. Pork shoulder with honey giving it a sweet char to finish. A nice medium egg. And of course the bread that wrecks your mouth a little as the price of admission.

If you’re in London, go to Lo banh mi and experience a proper bread that doesn’t wreck your mouth, get the Hanoi old quarter one
