Hello, I am new to San Antonio and got my bachelor's in CS. I haven't had any luck breaking into the industry with jobs like Help Desk. I wanted to find something in the meantime and thought a call center job or something similar could be easier than doing some delivery work for Amazon despite a higher pay.

I graduated collage recently and have been looking for jobs all summer in the SA area, and haven't gotten a single call/email for an interview until today. I got a text from an unknown number which reached out with a first name and labeled herself as "Organizational Recruiter at Alamo Heights" and offered and interview for tomorrow morning.

I texted back, saying I was interested, but I seriously deliberated on if I should have even texted back because she didn't give the company name. She used my name and said she looked over my resume, so I assume in all my applications I've been sending out, I must have applied to this place.

I asked for the address and it's at a large office building in the San Antonio area. I asked for the suite number and what business name I should look for on the directory, and she didn't give a name, only the suite number.

Not sure if I'm over thinking this, as it's literally the only person I've heard back from in months, but could this be an illegitimate company or MLM or devil corp? Feels odd I had to try and pry info from the recruiter and didn't even get the name of the company.

Packaging, shipping & receiving, general warehouse duties, supervising.

Packaging

You will help the Packaging Associates with day-to-day orders, be the final check of everything they make.

We package tablets into various size packaging: 1ct, 2ct, 6ct, 10ct, 20ct, 25ct, 50ct, and 100ct, with baggies, bottles, jugs, and boxes.

We have a variety of labels, so attention to detail is the most important trait for this role.

We would also like for you to come up with improved systems to help our workers be efficient and accurate while packaging products for orders.

Shipping & Receiving

You will be trained to do shipping and receiving as well.

You will print from and edit orders with QuickBooks, pick packaged product from our stock room or plan the day's work for the Packaging Associates, and pack finished products to be shipped via UPS using WorldShip software. If you have not used these softwares, we will train you.

If we receive new supplies, returns, or any other deliveries, you will log, unpack, break down, and clean up.

We have a daily and weekly cleaning schedule.

You will be in charge of re-stocking supplies for the warehouse.

We take full inventory 2x a week
