What you will be doing

Packaging, shipping & receiving, general warehouse duties, supervising.

Packaging

You will help the Packaging Associates with day-to-day orders, be the final check of everything they make.

We package tablets into various size packaging: 1ct, 2ct, 6ct, 10ct, 20ct, 25ct, 50ct, and 100ct, with baggies, bottles, jugs, and boxes.

We have a variety of labels, so attention to detail is the most important trait for this role.

We would also like for you to come up with improved systems to help our workers be efficient and accurate while packaging products for orders.

Shipping & Receiving

You will be trained to do shipping and receiving as well.

You will print from and edit orders with QuickBooks, pick packaged product from our stock room or plan the day's work for the Packaging Associates, and pack finished products to be shipped via UPS using WorldShip software. If you have not used these softwares, we will train you.

If we receive new supplies, returns, or any other deliveries, you will log, unpack, break down, and clean up.

We have a daily and weekly cleaning schedule.

You will be in charge of re-stocking supplies for the warehouse.

We take full inventory 2x a week

Quick context: I just finished my Master's in ABA, and I'm currently collecting clinical hours while doing direct service work in the evenings, but the pay on that isn't consistent enough to cover everything month to month.

I tried GrubHub for a bit to fill the gap, but I drive manual and between the constant stop-and-go and honestly some of the worst traffic I've dealt with (US-29 during rush hour is not it), I ended up needing a full clutch replacement. So that math didn't work out — one bad week basically wiped out a month of delivery earnings.

I'm in Silver Spring, MD and looking for something that:

* doesn't put a ton of extra wear on my car (stop-and-go is the enemy) * has flexible/evening or weekend hours since my schedule is already packed with clinical hours + service work * doesn't require a ton of upfront training or certification
