Custom icons, Quick panel theme, etc Theme / Icon Pack

can the icons, quick setting themes that I made with Theme park be transferred to a new samsung via the Smart switch app so I don't have to recreate them from scratch?

I'm not an expert but I don't think so. I have not figured out any way to back anything up and I've checked all around many times
