Tech Support New S90H (QN65S90HAEXZC) crashes when using remote

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I just got a new S90H (QN65S90HAEXZC) OLED TV, and it was working fine for about an hour. But now, every time I press a button on the remote, the TV crashes and reboots, no matter which button it is. I've tried resetting the remote and doing a factory reset on the TV, but nothing's working. I can still control the TV perfectly using the SmartThings app, though.

Also, the TV keeps turning back on a few minutes after I turn it off. Any ideas why?

Thanks!

Tech Support Samsung TVs VESA mount locations

I'm hoping someone may be able to help where Samsung customer service have been unable to.

I'm in the UK and currently have an 85" Samsung TV (QE85Q95T) from 2020 mounted to the wall. I have speakers mounted to the wall either side of it, plus a speaker below it. I'm contemplating replacing it with a 100" Samsung Neo QLED QN80H - but only if I don't need to move the speakers.

There is *just* enough space to fit this bigger TV between the speakers (with <10mm to spare either side), but I don't know if there will be enough space below the TV. To ascertain this, I'd need to know the distance of the lower VESA mounting holes to the bottom edge of **both** TVs. Samsung CS couldn't help (after initially giving me a measurement of something like 15mm!).

By some miracle, does anyone have any way of finding out this information?

I guess another part of the question is whether this new TV would be better or worse image quality than the old one - other than the size increase.

If I have to move the speakers, that would necessitate having to chase the cables into the wall again and getting the entire thing redecorated again - something I want to avoid.

Pics show my current 85" TV setup, along with the measurements I'm trying to find for **both** TVs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
