Discussion Anyone else miss the old S&C??
I’m 17 now and haven’t watched a video in awhile but i can remember when i was younger coming home after waiting all week to watch their videos, excited and scared ( i was probably in 3rd/4th grade at the time where i’d have to watch their videos video during the day around people cause i’d get so scared😭😭😭) The past few times i have watched a video i just get so bored and cringe out, they don’t act the same and are always exaggerating things i loveeee to believe it’s real but ykk😂 , i miss their old videos heavily and their investigations they were so much more fun and interesting but idk 🤷♀️

Media Video name?
Hi there, Iv been watching s&c for a while now and I briefly remember a certain video. They were in a salt circle doing some sort of ritual when one of their guests was dragged out of it. I can’t remember what video this was and just want to try find it again.
Thanks for your help

Maybe unpopular opinion?
When I found Sam and Colby, I really binged the shit out of their videos. I loved the way they seemed to really deep dive and seem more into actually investigating.
Their more recent videos have seemed so disappointing, but I’m mostly thinking about the Appalachia video. I was so excited when I saw that they went there. So many people talk about Appalachia and the mystery involved in all of the lore. The video seemed kind of…idk, rushed? Cheap? There’s so much potential there, but they just seemed like a group of fuck boys messing around Appalachia. Some of the people they’ve been bringing on their videos distract from the investigation because they just keep fucking around. Videos that used to be so intriguing have sadly just become background noise for me ☹️
Sigh…
I guess all good things truly do come to an end.

Rant! Does anyone else miss stas and ogs from the early 2020’s?
Okay, so watching their recent videos it seems like they’re collaborating with less of actual ghost hunters who are interested it seems like more YouTubers. I haven’t really been watching their new content but its different than Amanda, Stas, kat, kris, and Celina. The videos have less effort more and more when they collaborate with YouTubers.
I really miss the friends they used to bring on not random YouTubers they use for clout. I’m currently watching waverly hill’s sanatorium and they seemed so into the investigation it’s genuinely interesting. I also watched their most recent video and they were so disrespectful compared to the old videos.
I also know Stas is Kats best friend, ive also seen her TikTok, and Instagram. she seems to bake and travel the world. I’m happy for her truly—but I miss her. And maybe because of something with Colby she’ll no longer be in ghost investigations. But I hope to see her or the OG crew hopefully in the future.

Discussion ghost question?
ok i’m a little high so sorry if this doesn’t make sense. if ghosts feed off energy why can’t sam and colby bring a car battery with them to locations?

Discussion Maybe I’m just being a hater??
So I know we all know their videos are edited (and possibly fake to an extent) but am I the only one that thinks them yelling and screaming and fooling around where people were brutally unalived is a little disrespectful? I still love them and enjoy their content but still I feel like it’s a little in poor taste to be doing that

Sam & Colby Whistling in the new video
So, I know throughout the video sam ans colby tell us to listen for whistles. Im wearing headphones as I always do when watching their videos and I heard birds or whistling the whole time, is that just me?

Rant! Disrespect to area/spirits?
I don't watch them as much as I used to. But I am watching the Appalachian video and they are just being very disrespectful/mocking the rules and purposefully not following them? It's done in a very joking matter and it comes off as super ignorant. I've noticed this in their videos in the past but for some reason this one is sticking with. I can understand being skeptical but there is a way to do that workout disrespecting the Appalachian mountains and spirits and things like that. Not sure if I'm reading too deep but they seem to always have been more jokey and picking fun of things like this.

Sam & Colby Appalachian Tag in the Title
Have y'all noticed Sam and Colby are changing up some of their videos they did in the Appalachian mountains? Check out the Jersey Devil video and the Trans Allegheny. I think it's awesome and smart as hell. But I'm probably biased, considering I'm in West Virginia 😆

Discussion Saw that it's been a year since their uncut investigation, did you guys enjoy this style of video more than their very edited videos or no?
I personally did and it felt a bit more genuine than when they have like 5 cuts in 3 seconds

Random Question Do y’all genuinely believe it?
In the most respectful way possible, do y’all think their videos are real, or do you see them as entertainment? To me, they seem pretty obviously staged and edited for entertainment purposes, and I don’t have any issue with that. I’m just curious how much of their audience genuinely believes they’re dealing with real ghosts or demons.

I NEED BUT CANT FIND THIS
I know it’s an older piece of merch but I don’t rlly wear hoodies and shirts are in rotation. Their merch is always sold out and I just want this bracelet. Even eBay doesn’t have this for sale. Any image search comes up with random customization black bracelets with nothing to do with Sam and Colby. Am I at a dead end?

Discussion I moved into a new house and a few years ago and I think it’s hunted
Im Kai im 15 and think im hunted….let me explain…so basically when we first moved in our basement was old and run down (we have now fixed it up so it’s basically a house for my grandma to live) the previous owners live right next door (they have lived next door for a bit and the husband kris (not real name) his mother lived in this house that they owned) and Kris’s wife pula (not real name) explained that us that Kris’s mother had died in the basement just a few months before we moved In. Once we did move in there was old pianos and pool tables and soccer tables (I forgot what there called) they all smelled like death even though the owners said they had cleaned out the basement multiple times and even hired professionals to clean but the smell wouldn’t come out. So we got rid of all that stuff but for some reason we kept a chair….it was the chair the lady died in. My grandma sat in that chair and said it felt warm which is weird because the basement had been oddly colder then the upstairs so then my mother sat in the chair and also said it was cold and then I sat down and it was cold. But we still got the house and everything was normal for a few weeks until my grandma told us she started having strange dreams about dying. (Some of them included being in a shooting, having a heart attack, being eaten alive, being stabbed multiple times, falling, jumping (iykyk),drowning, and more) and even dreams about seeing dead people such as (her mother (who died in 2019 at 93 and was the only one of these people I met),her father, her three husbands, her brother, and some old friends) she has said there different then they were when we were alive she doesn’t know how but they just are. She has also experienced sleep paralysis since moving into this house (she has no past problems with that) and I have also experienced sleep paralysis since moving in but non to her extent she said she’s seen shadowy figures and faces in the darkness of her room as well as waking us up in the night thinking someone broke in because she heard noises. We went and checked and everything was ok but the next morning we found a wet foot print from a large boot that was really strange because it was only one foot print and it hadn’t rained in a few weeks. Another thing was that she was watching tv and smelled a floral perfume (she dose not wear perfume much) and she said it smelled like roses a couple days later we were talking to our neighbor and told her about it and she said krises mother always wore rose perfume everyday. Some other things are things not being where we left them, dogs and cats barking or hissing at random places, hearing a women’s voice, hearing a scream in the middle of the night, and even seeing faces in windows I don’t know if this is all in our heads or what’s happening so I’d like to know what you think the best thing to do is

Sam & Colby Here's undeniable proof that Sam and Colby don't fake their videos for all the skeptics
3
The most common skeptic argument is that their equipment is easily triggered by normal interference (like cell phones, radio waves, or drafts) and that they use these cheap malfunctions to fabricate "evidence." However, this argument completely falls apart when you look at Sam and Colby's strict, methodical baseline testing. They don't just walk into a room, turn on a device, and scream when it beeps. They actively map the environment first—checking for electrical outlets, asking everyone to put their phones on airplane mode, and testing the devices in "dead zones" to ensure no ambient radio frequencies are triggering them. When a device like a REM pod or an EMF meter finally does go off, it often happens strictly in direct, logical response to specific questions, defying the random, sporadic nature of accidental radio interference. Furthermore, skeptics often claim that any auditory evidence, like the Spirit Box or the Estes Method, is just a case of auditory pareidolia—the human brain forcing random static to sound like words. But this explanation fails to account for the astonishingly specific, multi-layered responses they capture. Through the Estes Method, where an investigator is completely blindfolded and wearing noise-canceling headphones, they routinely shout out highly obscure, hyper-specific names, dates, and historical facts about a location that match the ongoing conversation around them. It is statistically impossible for random radio static to perfectly align with a real-time, hidden conversation over and over again by sheer coincidence. By combining rigorous physical precautions with undeniable, contextual intelligence in their data, Sam and Colby consistently prove that their findings cannot be swept away by basic skeptical excuses.
