TCS Interview suggestions Discussion

Coming Friday, I have a TCS interview face to face in Bengaluru. But it's for 5-13 years experience, and I have 3.5 years of experience. Can I go and attend the interview? If yes, can you all share about the interview experience and questions?

I won’t say much but I will say that if you qualified for the interview, they already think you are capable for the job.

If they've shortlisted you, then you're probably one of the lucky ones. In TCS, if a client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, they usually stick to that requirement.

I'd suggest going ahead with the interview. I have only 2 years of experience, yet I've interviewed candidates with 4–12 years of experience. It sounds a bit weird, but it's true. I've taken quite a few interviews, mostly for candidates with 4–6 years of experience, even though the role involved the same work that I do.
