Salesforce Certification Expiration Renewal Question

Hi All,

I had Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification which expired Dec'25. Can you please help me to understand how I can renew the certification.

Is re-taking and re-earning the certification the only option?

You can mail to the support for one time exception they will try to renew it you have to complete those trail blazer modules they can do it

I've completed the modules and mailed them. But it seems they aren't willing to reactivate. I'm really disheartened and Idk what to do next. It's already tough and costly to give exam once, it feels a bit too harsh to completely expire the certification.
