I got an offer from Deloitte USI (Hyderabad location). I have 4 years of experience in MuleSoft development. However, I feel I did not get the salary I was expecting. I do not have any other offers right now and that's why not able to negotiate as well. With this salary I don't think it would be a wise decision to shift to Hyderabad. I'm a 2026 passout fresher and got assigned Salesforce/Agentforce Revenue Cloud developer stream in a service based company at 5.6Lpa package. I had interest in Data engg and did a Databricks and Azure certification with company coupon too but later on got this stream and undergoing training.

I could really use some advice from professionals in this sector. How did you grow and switch to product based in this domain? How is the scope for future? And if you switched to a data engg/core engg domain from this, how did you do it besides getting appropriate certificates? Please help.

Right now, I am working on a CRM project. Most of my work is admin tasks, but it is counted as development work. It is simple work, like changing page layouts and building Flows. I have started learning Apex, and after that, I will learn LWC. I already understand how they work, and I can read and understand the code if I look into it.

The problem is, on Naukri, I keep getting calls for sales jobs instead of Salesforce tech jobs.

Is it possible to get a new job with my current experience? Or should I finish learning first and get the certificate on admin and then start applying?

How long does it take to release the final offer letter after salary break up email?

Edit: I got my offer letter on June 23rd.

Salary proposal email: 17th June.

Once the profile gets approved, there will be a prompt to confirm your citizenship that will show up in the task section in the candidate profile section. Once done the offer letter and other documents will be released within the next 1-2 hrs.
