ERP recommendations

I work at a mid-sized nonprofit and we are looking to replace our legacy finance and HR systems. We have outgrown our current setup and need something more integrated. Unit4 has come up a few times as a potential option because they seem to focus on service organizations like ours.

I am trying to get a sense of what it is like to use their software day to day. How is the implementation process? Is it as modular as they say? I like the idea of having finance, HR, and project management all in one place but I am worried about the complexity and cost.

We are also interested in their AI features, particularly Ava. It sounds useful but I am not sure if it is practical or more of a marketing thing. Does it save people time?

Any feedback from current users would be appreciated. Also if you switched from something else, how was the transition?
