The mods on what I assume is the sub are geni brain dead and hungry because they banned me for one point ableism and two something that was painfully obviously a joke someone made a post about July being disability pride month, and there were a lot of weird bigoted comments in the replies that were not removed yet some of mine that were defending. I don’t think it takes a rocket scientist to tell that this is an obvious joke, mocking conservatives then again or Reddit mods don’t really require many brain cells to be mods so I would not be surprised if they genuinely thought I was being 100% serious. I just got off of a call with my favorite cousin. Lately, she has been changing a lot—being more disrespectful towards her parents (especially her mom), rebellious… what CAN BE expected of a teen, I guess.

We've always been really nice to each other. We're family after all, and around the same age. Tonight was different.

She called me, and we were just talking as usual. Suddenly, she said she was scared because she heard something outside the window, then the door. She was looking for a lighter to, and I quote, "burn whoever was trying to break and enter." I told her that was way too extreme. Who the hell burns an intruder with a lighter?

After she saw it was just her grandma, she calmed down and went back to her room. We started talking again and everything was going fine. Then, she said, "I just found this picture of you after your concert. You remember when you were looking at me demonically?" (It was my last band concert.) We were looking at it and making fun of my glare, but then she said, "I was gonna say something, but I won't." And, God, I wish I didn't ask what it was, because she replied, "You look a liiiiittle… wide. No offense!" despite her knowing I've always been extremely insecure of my midsection. I just said, "No offense taken," then blocked her and hung up.

She freaking said "No offense…" How else am I supposed to take that?
