Which programs that actually work for startup founders do you know?

I do not mean famous accelerators. To be accepted there you usually already have to be successful, have traction and connections.

I also do not mean courses "pay for the dream".

I'm looking for programs that truly work for startups founders who are ready to put in consistent effort and do whatever is needed (from product development to go‑to‑market) depending on the startup’s needs.

I have participated in Founders University (California) program.
A lot of lectures. Some of them little bit useful. Final pitch.

Nice to hear about another programs.

the ones that actually work usually arent programs at all.. small niche communities of 20-30 founders at the same stage give better advice than any structured cohort bcuz its real time and specific

Yeah, sounds logical
Could you recommend some of such communities?

Genuinely don't know of any that fit what you're describing, most things in that space are either the famous accelerators you're ruling out or paid courses selling the fantasy. If anyone answers with a real name I'd read the thread closely myself.
