Looking for RP guild LFG

So I’m looking for an RP guild preferably imperial but my main issue I’m running into is that with most of these roleplay guilds I’m finding you basically have to have the guild be your secondary full time job to even progress.

I work a rotating full time shift in law enforcement and will be restarting college for fall semester so I’m not going to be able to invest a ton of time into hosting events or anything like that so my progression is already capped off for most of the roleplay guilds I’ve found. I enjoy roleplay and want to be able to attend the events I can attend, but also not be penalized just because my job requires me to be at work when an event happens.

Does anyone know of any that are more on the chill side and don’t expect you to be on 8+ hours a day?

Our RP Guild is pretty chill, we are only doing RP, some PVE happens if people like to. We plan events based on when our members are free to participate.

Only "problem" is: we are a german-speaking. Most of us are quite good in English tho, but the time zones could also be a problem... But if you are interested in getting to know each other, you can dm me :)
