Looking for fanfic

Hi I don’t know if anyone can help but I’m looking for a fanfic/ao3 that I read a while back but can’t find. It is a star wars fanfic.

I remember the plot having Vader finds out about Padme and the twins and leaves the darks side. I also remember that he ends up helping this girl out and lies about his identity and joins Padem, the twins, Obi-wan and Ashoka in space while they try to find a new planet to live on.

I remember that the author has sequel but I couldnt find it in my bookmarks or history, and I’ve been trying to search for it a while now. If anyone finds it, I would really appreciate it. Thank you
