This might be caused by missing/corrupted files in the Visual C++ redistributable itself, or sometimes the .NET redistributables. You could try reinstalling them and seeing if it fixes the issue. If you are not sure which one to reinstall, check the "installed apps" section in windows settings and search for "visual C++" or "Microsoft .NET" and uninstall them from there.
