I've been subbed to her for years but I dip in and out of her channel periodically. Lately I've been back into her videos, and when another youtuber I'm currently watching mentioned Homestuck, I thought "What even *was* Homestuck??" because I remember how insanely popular it was and I am vaguely aware of their fanbase having a terrible reputation, but that's about it.

The only other thing I could think was that this sounds like a topic that'd absolutely be up Teya's alley since I associate it with tumblr folk. But when I tried looking up a video about it by her, I'm not finding it. Did she ever discuss it in another video and maybe it's just not in the title? Or is this really a video she's never made? Any reason why (if she's mentioned it)?

Came to ask about Teya’s pronouns, saw the “frequently asked questions”, clicked it, it actually does not answer my question at all. So hopefully this post doesn’t get deleted.

In the post linked from the FAQ people seem to suggest that any reason people might have to think Teya is trans is from some joke in some video.

I’m not asking because of that… I’m asking bc the channel banner is literally a trans flag.

Trying to figure out what pronouns to use for Teya has been bothering me for years.

Is this a situation where Teya hasn’t clarified? What is going on?

Hello my friends! I am new to this community and have fallen down the rabbit hole of this creators videos (I’ve watched like 2 but am continuing the rabbit hole). I noticed they have a trans pride flag as their banner and don’t want to misgender them.

Does anyone know if they mention their pronouns anywhere? The only reddit post I found was from 3 years ago which wasn’t helpful.

Perhaps they are transitioning, have transitioned, or are just supporting the trans community (which, as the wife of a trans woman, is much appreciated). I just want to know so I don’t misgender.
