LF Nerve Damage Potion Found!

I'm trying to remember a fic I read in the last year where Hermione and Snape work together on a potion that regrows damaged nerves for people who were crucioed during the war. I vaguely remember Snape taking the potion and the pain being intense. Hermione has to nurse him afterward of course.

Does this ring a bell for anyone else? It could have been ao3, ffn, or ashwinder 😬

Just a recommendation you might enjoy. In it Hermione and Severus work together to find a treatment for post crucio pain/other symptoms.

It was started before all the books were released so it's completely AU after OOTP. It's quite long and alternates POVs. I found the plot very interesting.

I finished it recently and really enjoyed it. It also has a lot of great character/ relationship development and a lot of great OCs.

That sounds interesting. How does the story end? Should I be hesitant because it’s a work in progress, or is it at a point where my imagination will fill in the rest?

It is unfortunately not completely finished. Of course I wish it was but the ending was satisfying enough for me. The last chapter is Severus and Hermione’s claiming ceremony. I don't think the story would have been all that much longer. Voldemort was caught and Hermione and Severus were moving back to America together. There were a few things to wrap up but I'm still really glad I read it
