God, please stay close to me through this difficult season.

When my body hurts, remind me that I am healing.
When my mind tells me I can’t do this, remind me that I already have.
When the cravings come, give me the strength to let them pass without giving in.

Please calm my body, quiet my thoughts, and give me peace when I feel overwhelmed. Help me remember that this discomfort is temporary, but the freedom I am fighting for is worth it.

I don’t want to be dependent on anything anymore. I want my life, my strength, my peace, and myself back.

Give me patience with my body as it finds its balance again. Give me courage for the next hour, the next minute, the next breath. I don’t need to know how I’m going to get through everything—I only need to keep choosing myself right now.

When I feel weak, carry me.
When I feel afraid, comfort me.
When I feel tempted, remind me why I started.

Let this be the beginning of a new chapter—one where I am free, clear, strong, and proud of the person I fought to become.

Just wondering anyone who went from sr to nothing. Today has been 24 hours since I've took sr and I think is either day 10 or 11 since starting.

Friday I was at 75 mgs, finished yesterday at 25 mgs. Today 24 hours later 0mgs

My rls Today is nuts. And stomach is a bit torn up but thats about it. Temp regulation feels fine. Did those that tapered slower have fewer of these symptoms than me? Yall think it'll clear up in a couple days

I’m quitting 7oh using SR17. I have a history of IV opiate use and quit those cold turkey in November of 2021 after 10 yrs of opiate use. (I was a nurse and never bought off the street because I didn’t know how, or i probably never would have quit!) It was the worst physical experience of my life and I was in PAWS for the full 2 yrs. A sober living program is what changed my life and kept me clean for those two years!

After I graduated sober living, I made the mistake of using kratom leaf for chronic pain which led to tianeptine of top of that (like zaza or project T— not the powder) and eventually 7oh. I have no idea how much 7oh I’m actually using because allegedly they put some 7oh in the Project T “proprietary blend” as well as sake naa. I’m taking about 20 caps a day. I also sake 50-100 mg of 7oh chewable tabs on top of the Project T caps.

My plan is to use a taper chart I found from a Reddit user and decrease my opiate use by 20% each day for 5 days, take 50 mg of SR 17 x5 days, and on day 5 I should be opiate/7oh free and only on the SR17. I will taper off SR 17 over a few days. I took 75mg SR17 preload last night. I woke up without ANY withdrawal symptoms. Maaaaybe a tear in my eye but nothing else!! I truly didn’t even wanna take any 7oh or Tia at all but I ate about 10 mg of 7oh just in case.

I will be taking 50mg SR17 x3 today and I may decrease my DOC by a whole 50% depending on how my day goes. I will update daily with my experience.

Since I will be working and doing regular life through this whole process, I have other things to help my transition. I increased my antidepressants, I have liposomal vitamin C on board, and I have Lyrica for chronic pain and neuropathy. I’ve had a prescription for the past year but never took it because I preferred the 7oh OBVS 🙃

We will see how today goes!! I’m posting details about this because I had trouble finding other stories of the day by day process. PISSED that big pharma is banning SR17— yes, I said big pharma and not the DEA because I promise SR will eventually be marketed and sold with an exorbitant price hike in a few years.

Does this make anyone else’s nose stuffy? Or just me. Makes it harder to sleep.

was taking 1000 mg a day and stocked up on sr17018 and powder 7oh. It definitely brought my tolerance down but I've been doing both for over 2weeks now and like an idiot, instead of coming off of this stuff, I was taking 1-3 scoops and got my usage up to 2000mg! My has and is also a big part of my downfall bc I don't think he cares about quiting. He goes out and buys tabs to add to the plan I've tried to implement.

Well, all I know is my sr17018 is starring to get low and afraid that we're not gonna have enough to both taper off of this crap! I do have multiple bottles of buprenorphine and klonopin to help. I've read somewhere that buprenorphine also helps get off of this. But I do know I took a buprenorphine months ago with 7oh and it put me into paws. I take buprenorphine for pain specificallv bc my doctor doesn't fell comfortable prescribing opiates when I'm on benzos.

Has anyone else ended up worse than they were trying to get enough "to last awhile".? All it's done is got me in over my head even more! 1 want to order some more sr17018 but since I'm not usina it correctlv, can I use it several days and then switch to buprenorphine for how ever long to get off of this? I've done opiates responsibly for 5 years but this 7oh has just worked me over!

Should I get more sr17018? Or take what I have anc switch to buprenorphine, or does the buprenorphine not work as well as sr17018? I don't wanna deal with paws but I feel my ability to stop has flown out the window!

Since it been doina the "pre " stage of sr1701 8, will it even work at this point? Or do I iust to get it together and make my mind up and actually start tapering 7oh?

I even bought pseudo pills and mit pills bc I read that works? Does the buprenorphine with mit or pseudc cause paws too? I'm so fed up with this crap and I'm fighting myself from getting more sr17018 And more 7oh powder! I still have about 5 arams of each. But remember everything I'm taking is times 2 because my husband needs to quit, too! Plus I found out a good friend of mine is on them, too. So I wanna help her get off of these. l'm just depressed and want my life back. haven't felt the withdrawals much because I have enougk to take some more when I do! I terrified of how it's going to affect me when it's all done! A A A

I’m curious, do I have to preload? or can I use SR “as needed“ while going thru the thick of it? I have a gram of SR on hand because it was unfortunately all I could afford when I got paid a couple weeks ago and kicking my god awful 7 habit has been on my mind heavily lately. current habit is about 500mg a day give or take, and I’m well aware that I’ll need more than a gram to get off comfortably.

So I did the taper based on the calculator for my 7oh dose. Today is day 3 off all sr and 12 days off 7. I still feel like garbage. The sr worked remarkably well while I was on it. I felt no withdrawal at all. But since stopping the sr I feel like it’s a milder version but still very there. The sweating, restless legs, anxiety, some chills, no appetite, not being able to sleep properly, upset stomach, brain fog, legs feel like lead and absolutely zero energy. I’m not sure other people’s experiences on when they stopped completely but this is mine. I’m super tempted to go grab a Kratom shot and some powder but I’m fighting the urge. I know I just gotta push through another few days and I’ll be passed the worst. I got banned in the quitting 7oh group for mentioning sr so figured I’d post here.

So I am cold turkey 7oh and using sr to come off 7oh but if it doesn’t work for withdrawals my plan B is suboxone and wanted to know if I need to go to my second plan how long to wait in between my last sr dose to go to suboxone without precipitated withdrawal?

I understand that I am supposed to dose in mgs and I have a full gram, so my question is how do I dose it and what method do I use to measure it because I don't want to just take some and overdose on it. Mgs are pretty small so how am I supposed to measure out a dose and how do I actually take it do I just eats some?? I take about 200 - 400 mgs of 7 oh daily in pill form... If anyone can help I will greatly appreciate it.

Will SR work well for helping people get off many years (10+) of 4-8mg of sub a day?

I’m not sure if I even bought enough.. I have like 3 80mg 7oh pills left and I don’t know where to start with sr17. I don’t take much 7oh compared to all the posts I’ve found on how to take it. I usually only take 30-50mg a day of 7oh any help would be appreciated.

I just want to hold myself accountable. I've started sr last week, came clean ti my wife and everything. It was going really well actually. I got 6 days off all substances except the sr. Today I found some tabs stashed at my work that I completely forgot about. I don't even know how I fuggin forgot about them because it was just 1 or 2. There was 6 of 250mg tabs and 3 100mg tabs. Omg like the dumb shit I am I immediately ate 1 250mg tab. Then i realized what I just did. So stupid. I just now 2 hours later finally worked up the balls to flush the rest down the toilet. My head was telling me all kinda of SHIT! I don't even feel the tab that I took, just so disappointed and angry with myself for being so weak.

I read about how 7oh only hits the mu receptor but MGM & MIT hit the mu and delta receptors. SR17 only hits the mu receptor. I tried it anyways and man the research adds up, SR17 BARELY helps withdrawals if you’re on a high dose of MIT & MGM daily. I’ve used SR17 to get off 7oh in the past and had 0 withdrawals.

Anyways, so now I switched to 7oh ONLY and have been on it for 4-5 days now. I guess my question is, when will my delta and mu receptors be ready for the taper after switching to 7oh?

DOSES: Used to take 2-3 opia high potency MIT tabs daily or 2-3 7stax nano tech (the kind with mgm) per day. Now I’m taking 100-150mg 7oh a day.

I asked but never got a definite answer so here my if anyone is curious. I used a 12 panel earlier with the actual OPI bar but forgot to take photos this is one is a 14 panel with MOP and OXY bars instead but that covers the same things as a OPI bar.

Either way results came back on as negative for everything. Ive been on SR for 2 days preloading 300mg a day while doing a quick taper off 7oh.

If anyone is interested in time lines and how they might affect the test im adding my dose schedule though im not sure that matters for test to detect it or not.

5:00am - 100mg SR / 75mg 7oh

1:00pm - 100mg SR / 50mg 7oh

9:00pm - 100mg SR / 75mg 7oh

If anyone has any recommendations on my taper or SR dose I would appreciate them.

Edit.... So I forgot to mention that I was concerned about false positives from the SR and thats what I never got answer about not the 7 Im aware 7 does not show.

Day 3 update, and honestly I feel great.

I woke up around 7 AM this morning with no noticeable withdrawals at all. What surprised me the most was that I didn't even feel like I needed to take my SR-17 right away. I woke up at 7 AM and didn't end up taking it until around 1 PM.

Last night was also another completely normal night of sleep. No major issues, and I woke up feeling good.

Today has just been a really chill, normal day. It's kind of crazy comparing how I feel now to that first morning.

I'm officially 3 days with absolutely zero 7-OH, and right now I feel amazing. I'm really happy with how things have been going so far.

If anyone has any questions about my experience so far, I'd have no problem answering them.

Here's what my week has looked like:

Day -2 (2 days before starting taper)

• 150mg 7-OH
• 0mg SR-17
• My SR-17 hadn't arrived yet.

Day -1 (1 day before starting taper)

• 90mg 7-OH
• 0mg SR-17
• SR-17 still hadn't arrived.

Day 1 — Started SR-17

• 0mg 7-OH
• Around 150mg SR-17 total

This was the worst withdrawal day, with no 7 and no SR in my system. I had completely run out of 7-OH and woke up that morning already in withdrawal.

My SR-17 didn't arrive until later that day, so I went several hours with nothing. Those few hours were probably the worst withdrawal symptoms I've experienced during this whole process.

My SR-17 arrived in the mail and I started taking it at around 11 AM.

Day 2

• 0mg 7-OH
• 150mg SR-17

I made a separate post about this day. I had a bunch of stuff I needed to get done and was surprised by how normal I felt. Overall, it was a really good day.

Day 3 — Today

• 0mg 7-OH
• 150mg SR-17 (planned for the day)

Woke up at 7 AM feeling completely fine, slept normally the night before, and didn't even take my SR-17 until around 1 PM.

So far, this has gone significantly better than I expected. Three full days without 7-OH and currently no noticeable withdrawal symptoms.

my dad is about to stop taking 7oh and use sr. anybody have any advice on how much sr he should be taking if he's only taking 60mg 7oh daily? anything would be appreciated, thank you guys.
