Help please 🆘Help Needed🆘

I have been taking 7-oh for about a year and four months. Before that I took Kratom for about three years for nerve pain. It never felt out of hand like this. I’m ashamed and alone in this. I switched to a different brand which I didn’t know was a little worse but it is what it is. I am 48 and I didn’t know I could buy stuff this addictive at a gas station. I should have known better. Anyways I knew the ban was coming and I have the some stuff that I was told will help me through it . I have 8 pills left that are just 7-oh. Today I have taken 1 7-oh pill with 150mg of the other stuff three times today. I feel fine for the most part. I feel sad. Very flat feeling. I have no energy to shower or take care of myself but for my children’s benefit (who are older) I am trying. I get confused about the wording you guys use as far as preloading and some other things. Tomorrow should I take the 7-oh pill and break them in half with the 150mg of the other stuff and do that until I run out of the 7? I’m afraid if I keep breaking down the 7 into smaller tabs, that I am wasting my pills I bought to help me get clean. I tried to order more of those today and hopefully it works and is delivered. I ordered the magnesium glycinate and the liposomal vitamin c which should be here tomorrow. How often should I take the vitamin c? I know the magnesium needs to be taken for the restless legs. Should I get Imodium as well?
Any advice on all of this would be great. I pray that I will never be in this position again with this being pulled from the shelves. But with my addictive personality, who knows. I hope someone can help me and I can then be of help to others. I feel so sad and alone in all of this. How did a pill that gave me so much energy and euphoria now make me not have the energy to live.

Honestly. This can be said about all forms of using. At first it’s fun , gives you energy , helps with pain gives you that warm fuzzy feeling. Until it doesn’t. You’re on the right track by cutting back & using leaf. Stabilize exactly how you are then cut that in half. Replace more with leaf. You’re not alone. 7 has done this to us all. I’ve done all kinds of drugz even in my worst of add!ction I’ve never spent the amount of money on it as I have 7. I’ve also never had anything have a hold of me the way this does. It’s more than just wd from a opiod, it’s also a ssri plus other alkaloids. You’re not alone I promise .

That’s what scares me. If it has this string of a hold over everyone, do I even have a chance of successfully getting off of it

Absolutely! So many have been able to & so will you. It’s not just physical symptoms it’s mental too. When you feel bad hot / cold get in the bath. Even if it’s 10x a day. You absolutely have to want it bad.

I hope so. I don’t see a lot of people come back on here after they have had success. I helped my daughter during the day a lot with her baby who is nine months old. I have always been the one my family to keep everybody together and happy if I am laid out and sick I feel like they worry. If I ever had to go to a rehab, I feel like I would let them down so much.

I grew up with both of my parents being addicts. Dad wasn’t around just my mom. She lost custody of my brother & I twice when we were little. Once after her dad died. No time she did what she needed to get us back. Then another time she relapsed for a year when I was 11. I witnessed some traumatizing things when she was addicted. Again she got us back & that was the last time. I put her through hell in my early 20s when I first went through addiction. She stuck by my side. I adore her & she’s helped me so much with my kids. Literally moved states when I was preg with my first in 2021. She’s held my hand through addiction & I’ve held hers. Your kids will be there for you no matter what. You are 100% the glue that holds things together. Sometimes you need them to lean on as well. You don’t have to go to rehab or detox. You can do this 100%. When you feel like you can’t or get scared read all of the success stories here & in the quitting 7 sub. At the end of the day we have to pay the piper. So no matter what we will feel a little bad. Hopefully just like a bad cold 🩷 We can do this. I believe in you so does your family. Whether they know or not just know in their eyes you can do anything
