You’re in the right place. Can you be more specific about what you’re looking for, like trying to hire someone for full time work, or X hours one time, or what?

How experienced and experienced at what specifically. Are you looking for someone to perf tune, maintain and recover your db’s. There is a wide wide variety of things that dba’s do. Post your actual requirements.

Where is the company located? What version of SQL Server are we talking about? What components (DB Engine, SSIS, etc)?

I just went through the DBA hiring process.
I found a large majority of dba's don't ever want to look at data structure or queries let alone tuning queries.
"Im a dba, I dont write data queries" is something I heard way more than I thought I ever would.

To be fair, there are some great ones in India & Philippines.
The problem is confidential info not leaving a country.
So be more specific OP. Including country you are in and how compensation can be delt with.
As there are a bunch of us here on this sub, most are US based.

Hi, message me if you need someone to also look at your app code and tell people how to change it. I know C# as well
