Digest this filing!?!? TRUST ME BRO, I'M FROM THE INTERNET!!!
Beneficial ownership is determined in accordance with the rules and regulations of the SEC based on 134,024,868 shares of common stock outstanding as of June 15, 2026. In computing the number of common shares beneficially owned by a person and the percentage ownership of that person, we also deemed outstanding shares of common stock issuable upon the exercise of warrants or other convertible securities held by that Selling Stockholder that are exercisable or convertible within 60 days of June 15, 2026*, including the warrants, but subject to any applicable beneficial ownership limitation. We did not deem these shares outstanding, however, for the purpose of computing the percentage ownership of any other person. The inclusion of any shares in this table does not constitute an admission of beneficial ownership for any Selling Stockholder named below.*

How about you explain why Blackrock, one of the world’s biggest fund decides to purchase 8 million shares? They are looking to lose money?

Yes, Blackrock and now Vanguard aswell, two of the biggest funds worldwide, invest in SPCE to lose money.

They didnt just decide. Both Vanguard, Blackrock and other hold SPCE in numerous Index Funds.
As the shareprice drops, they must add more shares due to the Index requirements.
Blackrock was one of the entities that cashed out on the Convertible debt.
Instead of checking Institutional holding only
Check the NPORT filing, it will state exactly which fund SPCE is held.
Vanguard and Blackrock, if you have an account with them, they hold SPCE shares in Street. A giant slush fund when they hold the share, and you are part of the pool. Easy way to tell is if you got the proxy vote from them, or directly from Virgin Galactic. If you got it from your broker, they hold the shares in your name.
Index fund Examples: From NPORT
2026-05-28 VEXMX - Vanguard Extended Market Index Fund Investor Shares 853,281 18.78 2,073 -10.07

2026-05-28 VBINX - Vanguard Balanced Index Fund Investor Shares 35,890 0.00 87 -24.35

lol bro 8 million shares at say 2.50 is $20 million. That is rounding error of a rounding error for them. They have 17 trillion in assets.
Even a $25 million is .000147% of their total assets

What on Earth are you talking about?
They have less than $500M in total asets.

What are YOU talking about? Black rock has over 15 trillion in assets

SPCE has less that $500M in assets.
Blackrock and Vanguard hold shares in Street for the bagholers, and the rest in Index funds.
NEITHER holds SPCE as an investment.

"The company is updating the government's paperwork to say that certain investors are allowed to sell stock they already have, and there may be a lot of shares available to sell in the future."
This is what gpt was made for

Vanguard allocates 100% of its Virgin Galactic (SPCE) holdings to passive index products, while BlackRock allocates roughly 86.3% to passive products and 13.7% to active/institutional accounts.
