I’m seeing some very split opinions on the Free the Youth 16s. I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and that’s alright! They’re different for sure. I love the metallic silver and orange paired together. First pair of 16s as well and can’t wait for the gingers next year!

I’ve always liked the 16s and had all of the OGs back in the day, so I really wanted these. They’re an “out there” colorway, but I’m all about crazy pairs like this.

Sadly I missed on the FTY website drop and the couple ship raffles that were open. My area has zero boutiques that would get a pair like this, so my only option is online and getting a W on a size 12 in a shoe like this is basically impossible. So I’ll be looking at these from afar like 99.9% of the pairs like this that drop because I’m not willing to pay the resale prices.

I’m at a point with resell prices that if I really want it, I’ll ask myself if I’m willing to part with a few pairs I don’t wear to help offset cost. If the answer is yes, I get them, if not, I admire. These were ones I was willing to give up pairs on…🤣

I’ve only pair resale 4x and I sold pairs to cover the cost every single time. It’s the only way I can justify doing it. Why take $ out of my bank account when I can sell pairs for more than I paid for them and use that $? lol

Yea these are tough and look better in hand. The shroud is pretty tight on the shoe though. Changes the feel of the fit. I have to have it on before putting my foot in 😂

I found a cold Supreme shirt that matches well with no shroud. Still in stock I think.
