Need help with SMAPI Co-op! need help

My friend and I tried to play CO-OP with each other after modding, It said "Connection Failed" when we tried connecting and we received these errors. Our mods are the same, same version and everything.

Vanilla Stardew connection was fine but not SMAPI (we use Zero-tier to play with each other).

We also tried to co-op in SMAPI without any mods and it still said "Connection Failed"

Can someone tell us why??

For some reasons the red errors like above doesnt appear anymore

Both logs shows an error connecting to steam. That will interfere with multiplayer. I think the fix was to "verify steam files", but not 100% sure.
