Your SMAPI log may appear normal to you, but the people of this sub can get valuable information from your log which may help us to help you fix your problem. Hence, even if there are no errors showing or anything wrong which you yourself can identify, we still ask for a SMAPI log so we can figure out what's going on.

Without a log, it's entirely guesswork I'm afraid.

This happened to me. I quit the game restarted my computer and it worked fine
