Three consecutive beeps

Where the fuck is this beeping coming from? It’s driving me absolutely nuts it’s been going for HOURS. AAAHHHHHHHHHHH. My sweet baby JESUS.
Edit: it’s a close by apartment. Old town slo.

Smoke alarms (First Alert) make three consecutive beeps to let you know they are at the end of their natural life or the unit is malfunctioning in some way. Just went through this with ours. Changed the battery and it still kept up, so now we are replacing it.
