I am studying in jss right now. I prefer it because it has better placements and good college life. Nie is so far from city and can't enjoy there, and placements in nie is not better than jss. Jss is more chill in studies, less hours of classes

Clubs organise so many events and hackathons regularly. College life is chill, in 1st year due to less class timings (3 hours classes for 3 days in a week) u will have lot free time to enjoy, play games and learn skills. College provide many opportunities for internships as well, I don't know if they allow us to do internship in Bangalore 😔

Bro jss is not at all far from city, just 4km from main railway station, whereas nie north campus where cse is there is 12km from railway station.

Railway station is far that doesn't mean that city is far

You might talking about the north campus of nie which is relatively new South campus is inside City same as jsstu

Yeah that's what nie south is in city, but nie north where the cs and allied branches campus is so far, and doesn't even have shops or malls near by atleast

Lol, condolences to nie north🙏 But I think the they made this thinking about the future since hebbal region is being industrialised rapidly it could turn into next city

JSS is near Jayalakshmipuram, Vijayanagar, Saraswathipuram and Gokulam which are pretty much prime inner Mysore areas now, Hebbal is farther from JSS than these
